Meetings can take up a significant amount of time and resources, and if, not run effectively, they can be unproductive and frustrating for everyone involved. Better meetings lead to better decision-making and more efficient use of time. By promoting better meeting behaviour Todd can create a culture of collaboration, respect, and accountability that benefits everyone. It's about getting the right message across...

Todd was aware that there was room for improvement with how meetings had been run so tasked the team at KISSLabs to come up with a simple, memorable and affordable and flexible solution that could be applied to a number of high-level themes so meetings became more focused, productive, and valuable for everyone involved.

The answer to this problem was the creation a suite of engaging room posters and on-screen images and screensavers that nudged meeting organisers and attendees and gently prompted positive behaviour. We spent a great deal of time working on distilling the messages so they had right balance of instruction and guidance before crafting a collection of images that would illustrate the relevant message in an eye-catching way while still being true to the companies brand expression, all underpinned by the idea of becoming 'a master of meetings'.
